Role clarification
WEZAYND L.L.C-FZ acts strictly as a Data Processor on behalf of the Controller, under the Controller’s supervision and documented instructions, and does not determine the purposes or means of processing.
Sub-processors
The Processor may use sub-processors (hosting, CDN, monitoring, analytics tooling) strictly to deliver the service under the Controller’s instructions.
No independent marketing use
The Processor does not use submitted lead data for its own marketing purposes.
Cross-border
Data may be processed in countries where service providers operate. Such processing/transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable UAE personal data protection requirements.
