Can you migrate our data from PropSpace into RealEstate OS?
Yes. We can import leads, contacts, listings, deals, and basic documents from PropSpace into your Bitrix24-based RealEstate OS, after mapping and cleaning the data.
What data can be moved besides PropSpace?
We can usually migrate data from spreadsheets, email CRMs, other real estate CRMs, and portal exports. We review your sources first to confirm what is possible.
How do you keep our data safe during migration?
We use secure file transfer, limited access accounts, and test imports in a sandbox first. Then we run the final import only after your approval of test results.
Will we lose any data when moving to the new system?
The goal is to keep all key data. Some fields may not match 1:1. We agree on a mapping plan with you so you know exactly what will move and how it will look.
Can we keep working while the migration is happening?
Yes, usually. We plan a cutover window, for example a weekend, to sync the latest changes. We explain what your team should and should not change during that time.
How long does a typical migration take?
